Besseling and Huizing still have a chance for victory in Hamburg

9.47 pm: Wil Besseling and Daan Huizing still have a chance of winning at the Porsche European Open in Hamburg after three rounds. Besseling is tied for fourth place in the DP World Tour tournament with 213 strokes. Huizing is in seventh place with 215 strokes.

Besseling went around in 70 strokes on Saturday, two below the track average. On the final hole, the 36-year-old golfer hit an eagle, after two birdies and two bogeys. He is 3 strokes below the track average.

Huizing had a round of 71 strokes with three birdies and two bogeys. He is 1 stroke below the track average and thus four strokes from the leader. That is the Frenchman Victor Perez who won the Dutch Open in Cromvoirt last week. Perez went around in 71 strokes on Saturday and is at -5. He is 1 stroke ahead of his compatriot Julien Brun and the Swede Joakim Lagergren.

Luiten is no longer participating in Hamburg. He gave up on Thursday in Hamburg after a dramatic start and then announced that he would take some distance from the sport for the time being due to mental problems. Darius van Driel was not allowed to participate in the third round.

Judoka Van Dijke wins gold at Grand Slam in Tbilisi

Hockey players lose to England in Pro League

13:42: Sailors Bart Lambriex and Floris van de Werken have won the World Cup in Almere. The Dutch finished fifth in the closing medal race in the 49er class and saw the victory go to the Irish Robert Dickson and Sean Waddilove.

For Lambriex and Van de Werken, that performance was enough to finish first in the standings. Dickson and Waddilove came in second, ahead of Austrians Benjamin Bildstein and David Hussl. Pim van Vugt and Scipio Houtman finished seventh.

Argentine footballer Tévez (38) ends career

12.58 pm: Carlos Tévez has ended his football career. The 38-year-old attacker announced this in an Argentine television show.

Tévez last played for Boca Juniors a year ago. He previously played for West Ham United, Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus.

Tévez played 75 matches for the Argentina national team. The striker was part of the roster when he won gold at the 2004 Games in Athens. Tevez also competed in the 2010 World Cup, where Argentina lost to Germany in the quarterfinals.

Belgian national coach Martínez fears serious injury Lukaku
