Skating union intervenes after riot around 15-year-old Kamila Valieva: ‘Historic decision’


The international skating federation ISU has raised the minimum age to participate in senior competitions from 15 to 17 years. This proposal, which also applies to long track speed skating, from the ISU board was adopted with a large majority at the congress of the skating federation in Phuket, Thailand.
