The last places to start for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest will be divided into the second semifinal on Thursday. In total, eighteen countries are competing for ten more tickets.
Among others, Jérémie Makiese for Belgium and countries that score well at the bookmakers such as Sweden, Poland and Serbia are in the preliminary round. On Wednesday evening, half of the points were already awarded during the jury show, which was not shown to the home audience. The other 50 percent will come from TV viewers on Thursday evening.
During the intermission program, presenters Mika and Laura Pausini will perform and Il Volo will also take the stage. The Italian men’s group participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2015 and then became third.
On Tuesday evening, the Dutch entry S10 already qualified for the final. Ukraine, Switzerland, Armenia, Iceland, Lithuania, Portugal, Norway, Greece and Moldova also have a ticket in their pocket.
